ADMISSION

The children who meet the required age criteria for various classes are considered for admission after successful written test and interview. Only completed application forms with required documents will be considered for admission.

Children seeking admission in LKG should complete 4 years and for Class one, 6 years by  April of the respective academic year.

Required Documents at the time of Admission

1- Passport copies of parents and the child with visa page.

2- Iqama copies of parents and the child. (To be updated regularly)

3- 4 passport size photographs.

4- Transfer Certificate.

5– Birth Certificate.

6- Sponsor’s letter.

7- Progress Report of the previous two years.

8– Ministry of Education Approval Form. ( Grade I onwards, in case of transfer )

Removal and Re-Admission

For fee default: The name of student will automatically be removed from the rolls if the fee is not paid till the end of a month; and student will not be allowed in the classes.

For long absence: If a student remains absent continuously for 15 days without prior permission his/her name will be removed from the school rolls.

 Re-admission:-A fee of SR 500/- will be charged to re-admit a student with other formalities of admission. Readmission will be considered only if the school authorities are convinced of non-recurrence of default in future.

Withdrawal from the School

Withdrawal from the school: The parents should notify the school at least 15 days in advance for processing of Transfer Certificate (TC).

Compulsory withdrawal:

Principal can ask any parent to withdraw his/her ward from the school, if he        considers the student’s/parent’s conduct, behaviour and influence to be in any way detrimental to the interest of the school.
